A safe place when home is not

WHO WE ARE
About Us
Since 1993 Haven House has served as a non-profit domestic violence shelter and a provider of support and intervention services for women in crisis and their children. By offering emergency shelter, counseling, court advocacy, referrals and transitional living opportunities, Haven House aims to provide an opportunity for women to rebuild a positive self-image necessary for them to regain control of their lives. We also aim to contribute to the elimination of the cycle of domestic violence through collaboration with other agencies and the community.
TESTIMONIALS
I really felt safe and it allowed me a time to think what I wanted and how I want to move on free from violence.
Magie
I was lost and scared and felt no one understood me but here it's all about love
Stephanie
I thought I had to stay and take the abuse for twenty-one years as no one would accept me with my 9 children, but Haven House did and treated us like family, gave us food and a safe place to sleep, they teach us how to love our self and one another.
